This interior and exterior renovation project gave the property a complete makeover, starting with all-new exterior paint, metal guardrails, improved courtyard drainage, and fresh pavers. Inside, we fully updated the outdated spaces with new cabinets topped with granite counters, repaired drywall, fresh paint, new flooring, trim, light fixtures, and all other interior finishes. We also crafted custom cypress planters for the common area and built a custom pergola and a grilling station. Adding a unique, touch to outdoor spaces creates a fresh, inviting community area that blends style and practicality for both residents and management.
