This full scale renovation project involved a complete exterior transformation of the property, including all-new exterior paint, the design and installation of a custom building-mounted logo to reflect the updated branding. Our scope also included full renovations of the pool and pool house, leasing office, fitness center, and dog park. We also handcrafted custom cypress planters for the pool and patio areas, adding a unique, high-quality design element to the outdoor spaces. The result is a refreshed and cohesive community environment that enhances both aesthetic appeal and functionality for residents and management.
